Nigerian disc jockey, (DJ), Cuppy has reacted to the claim made by Davido’s PA that she didn’t give Zlatan a dime regarding the hit song, Gelato they did together. HGS Media Plus.
Cuppy in an Instagram post on Monday said she will sue Davido’s PA to court.
Recall Davido’s PA, Isreal claimed that the Cuppy did not settle Zlatan for the Gelato song they did months back.
This is coming after Zlatan blocked Cuppy on social media platform and also denied knowing her during an interview.
Reacting to the accusation, Cuppy has called out the logistics manager of Davido, Isreal, telling him that they will see in court.
She added that there was no breach of contract with Zlatan regarding the song, Gelato.
She wrote:
“For the record…
“There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation…”
