A woman identified as Seun Oladayo, 22 have been arrested by men of Amotekun Corps for selling her day-old baby to a pastor for N10,000 in Ondo State. HGS Media Plus reports.
According to report, the woman sold the baby because the father of the child, Mr. Tope abandoned her and she could not take care of the child.
It was gathered that the pastor named Olawale also known as Eri Aditu was asked to bring N10,000 for the baby from which the woman was going to give the doctor N5,000 for his job.
HGS Media Plus learnt that the pastor reported the matter to the Amotekun officer and she was arrested.
It was said that the baby was given to the pastor in a sack bag along with the baby’s placenta. He said that he agreed to buy the baby because he didn’t want anybody to buy the child.
