A driver was covered in his own blood after a policeman beat him to pulp in Eku-Abraka in Delta State.
The yet to be identified man could be seen covered in the pool of his own as residents lament over the unjustified act of the policeman.
A man who captured the incident with his phone could be heard shouting, “They have started again.”
