A man with wrappers, shoes and bag was caught in the early hours of this morning after allegedly stealing it from a shop at Ikomi road, Sapele, Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.
The man whose name is yet to be identified after be caught claimed that he found the items on the road.
As seem in the video obtained by HGS Media Plus, the man is handcuffed to the item he allegedly stole.
