Going naked has become a daily routine for most drivers in Benin City, Edo State each time they get harassed by road safety officers which is also know as ‘FRSC’ officers.
This video shows a driver who sat on top of the bonnet of some ‘FRSC’ car for reason yet to be ascertained.
The driver whose car seem to have being held by the officers was seen standing on the bonnet of their car laying insults on the officers. Suddenly, he took off his short and went naked.
He run towards one of the FRSC officers and attacked him. Some onlookers tried to separate them, but the driver ran back to the van and laid on their bonnet.
The FRSC officers quickly chased him, and when caught, he was beaten mercilessly on top of the bonnet while he was still naked.
The reason for the confrontation is yet to be known as at the time of filing this report.
