A civil defence officer was seen hitting a lady with a huge stick for asking him a question on the road while on her way to work in Kaduna. HGS Media Plus Reports.
The unidentified civil defence officer was seen threatening to flog the lady more times than he did before even after he had already flogged her.
The unknown lady lamented in anger at the officer and ask him why he would flog her because she asked him a simple question.
“You will see someone that will overpower you”, the lady lamented.
Some soldiers on patrol who witness the quarrel between the lady and the civil defence officer came down and settle the issues between the two of them.
