COVID-19: 14 Comfirmed New Case In Lagos, Abuja And Bauchi (updated)

The NCDC has confirmed 14 new cases of the COVID-19 virus in FCT and Lagos as reported via their twitter handle.

According to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, 6 were detected on a vessel, 3 are returning traveller into Nigeria and 1 is a close contact of a confirmed case.

The new cases were confirmed at about 7:35pm on Thursday, now making 65 confirmed cases, 3 discharged and 1 death.

This was announced via their twitter handle on Thursday:

14 new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 2 in FCT, 12 in Lagos

Of the 14, 6 were detected on a vessel, 3 are returning travellers into Nigeria & 1 is close contact of a confirmed case

As at 7:35 pm 26th March, there are

65 confirmed cases
3 discharged
1 death

Meanwhile, some hours later, the NCDC  announced an error from their update, confirming 1 in FCT, 1 in Bauchi and the other 12 in Lagos.
