Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, also called Davido, visited his home town at Ede, in Osun State and paid homage to his late uncle, Isiaka Adeleke, also known as ‘Serubawon’.
Davido and his cousin, B-red, with his entourage visited the burial site of his late uncle, Isiaka Adeleke, during a visit to his town.
The music star was given welcome by everyone present as he approached the burial site.
As seen in the video below, a young man was seen ringing a bell and eulogising the late Serubawon, saying several prayers to him. He also praised Davido and his team.
Isiaka Adeleke was the former governor of Osun State and a three-term senator elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2015.
Davido made a promise while at his late uncle’s burial site to make his legacy live on.
Isiaka Adeleke died on April 23, 2017, at the age of 62 and he was buried in Ede, Osun state, according to Islamic rites.
